Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the guest stay
- Assist with front desk operations including reservations and phone inquiries
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all team members
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy
