Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-ins, and check-outs
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently

Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if driving shuttle)
