Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained according to hotel standards.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for night guests.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone or in-person.
- Monitor hotel security and safety protocols during the night shift.
- Perform light housekeeping duties in common areas and lobby.
- Process payments and manage cash drawers accurately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
