Responsibilities
- Personalize guest experiences with local New Mexico and Texas attraction recommendations
- Manage VIP reservations and special event bookings with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams for seamless service delivery
- Train on local tourism hotspots and cultural insights for authentic recommendations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel concierge or front desk experience
- Deep knowledge of Albuquerque attractions and Texas tourism hubs
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Spanish fluency required (English proficiency mandatory)
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and clean driving record
