Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera PMS while maintaining accuracy in billing and room assignments
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and reconcile daily transactions
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining packages, and local experiences
- Maintain security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Train new front desk staff on brand standards and service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of luxury hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
