Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using hotel management systems
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and maintenance requests
- Upsell hotel amenities, packages, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain organized front desk operations and ensure lobby cleanliness
- Collaborate with security team to ensure guest safety and property security
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years experience in front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and payment processing
- Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
