Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, monitor budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary liaison for VIP guests and handle complex guest complaints with diplomacy and speed to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and professional growth.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety policies and standards.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to drive occupancy rates and develop marketing initiatives that enhance the hotel's brand presence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of hotel operations systems (PMS) and revenue management tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing conflict effectively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the industry.
