Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedding, bathrooms, and common areas
- Stock amenities and replenish supplies according to hotel standards
- Manage room status updates and coordinate with front desk for check-ins
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and handle special guest requests promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for efficient room turnover
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Basic English communication skills
- Certification in cleaning/sanitization protocols (preferred)
