Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas using advanced cleaning techniques
- Manage linen inventory and restock amenities to premium standards
- Execute deep cleaning protocols for carpets, upholstery, and high-touch surfaces
- Operate commercial-grade equipment safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with maintenance team for room readiness and special requests
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and sustainability practices
- Provide exceptional service during guest interactions in hallways and common areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to lift 25 lbs, stand for 8+ hours, and perform repetitive motions
- Strong knowledge of EPA-approved cleaning agents and methods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Basic English proficiency for guest communication
