Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Maintain pristine hotel facilities including lobbies, public areas, and guest rooms
- Process reservations, payments, and guest inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols in all guest interactions
- Assist with event setup, luggage handling, and transportation arrangements
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
- Valid driver's license (if applicable to role)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
