Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping staff assignments and scheduling
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure 5-star cleanliness standards
- Train and mentor new housekeeping team members
- Coordinate deep cleaning projects and special event preparations
- Inventory and order cleaning supplies and amenities
- Address guest requests and maintenance concerns promptly
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and hotel safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional housekeeping experience in luxury hotels
- Proven leadership experience managing housekeeping teams
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices and products
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
