Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all spaces meet brand standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Respond promptly to guest requests for turndown services or additional supplies
- Report maintenance issues and inventory shortages to management
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping/hotel experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ pounds
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
