Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with check-in, check-out processes, and answer questions about local attractions and amenities.
- Room Maintenance: Ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, tidy, and well-maintained to high standards.
- Front Desk Support: Relay messages, manage room service orders, and handle minor guest requests efficiently.
- Operations Support: Help with lobby maintenance, mail distribution, and event setup as needed.
- Compliance: Adhere to all hotel safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift light to moderate weights for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
