Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests warmly, ensuring a seamless arrival experience and handling all necessary paperwork.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including answering phones, processing reservations, and handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces to uphold our premium standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree in hospitality or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
