Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and revenue growth
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for 50+ team members
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Handle VIP guest experiences and resolve complex service issues
- Monitor financial performance through budget management and cost control
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize group and transient revenue
- Implement sustainability initiatives and community engagement programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years progressive hotel experience with 3+ years in management
- Proven track record in luxury/upscale hotel operations
- Advanced knowledge of PMS systems and revenue management strategies
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- CHIA or CHA certification required
- Proficiency in Opera, YieldPlanet, and Microsoft Office Suite
