Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of staff members to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Monitor budget performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for maintenance and supplies.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to enhance the hotel's reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
- Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) such as Opera or Micros.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
