Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ hospitality professionals
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, P&L oversight, and revenue optimization
- Implement innovative guest experience initiatives and operational improvements
- Coordinate with departments (housekeeping, front desk, food & beverage) for seamless operations
- Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive hotel management experience in luxury or premium segment
- Proven leadership skills with team development and performance management
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management and revenue optimization experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Arizona hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
