Responsibilities
- Direct all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance metrics
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 75+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and local regulations
- Collaborate with sales team to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Handle VIP guest relations and service recovery situations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Expert knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills
- Exceptional leadership and team development abilities
- Valid Florida hospitality license and ServSafe certification
