Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor budgets, financial reports, and inventory control
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure service excellence standards
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in hotel management with luxury brand experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Georgia hospitality management certification
- Knowledge of Atlanta tourism market dynamics
