Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and operational challenges
- Collaborate with department heads to maintain seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years of progressive hotel management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen and revenue management expertise
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hotel industry trends and best practices
- Valid Texas Food Handler Manager certification preferred
