Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, addressing any issues immediately to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel’s budget, control operating costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to drive occupancy rates and execute promotional events.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with guests and staff at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to make quick, effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
