Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
- Manage the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and supervise hotel staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor budgets and financial reports to ensure cost-effective operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and improving guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
