Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience in luxury properties

- Expertise in PMS systems and hotel technology platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid New York State Food Protection Manager certification
- Fluency in English with multilingual capabilities preferred
