Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage and train front-of-house and back-of-house staff efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage operational budgets.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for timely service.
- Implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license.
