Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins and check-outs with efficiency, handle reservations, and provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance: Ensure all guest rooms, suites, and public areas are immaculate, tidy, and fully stocked with amenities.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, answering inquiries, making recommendations, and resolving any issues with poise.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests with local transportation, restaurant reservations, and event bookings.
- Event Coordination: Support banquet staff during large events to ensure seamless service and a pleasant atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel reservation software is a plus.
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
