Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with precision and efficiency
- Balance daily financial transactions and generate comprehensive night audit reports
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and facility management
- Monitor security systems and emergency protocols throughout the night shift
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures in compliance with hotel standards
- Prepare daily reports for management review and operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail for financial reconciliation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations independently
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
