Responsibilities
- Direct all front desk, housekeeping, and concierge operations
- Implement and maintain service excellence standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Resolve guest inquiries and service escalations promptly
- Collaborate with sales and marketing for guest retention
- Monitor property maintenance and vendor relationships
- Analyze operational metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- 5+ years hotel operations leadership experience
- PMS proficiency (Opera, StayNTouch, or similar)
- Texas Food Handler and Alcohol Seller certification
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills
- Spanish language fluency required
- Proven track record in revenue optimization
- Valid Texas driver's license
