Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (morning, evening, or overnight)
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures and manage room assignments efficiently
- Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate maintenance requests
- Monitor security protocols and ensure guest safety throughout your shift
- Collaborate with housekeeping and F&B teams to maintain operational excellence
- Operate hotel management systems and process payments accurately
- Prepare shift reports and communicate critical information to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Maryland driver's license (if driving required)
