Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift operations ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Manage front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams during assigned shifts
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, and F&B departments for operational efficiency
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards
- Monitor inventory and operational budgets for shift-specific areas
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years hotel or hospitality management experience
- Proven leadership in shift-based operations
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
