Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and public areas at all times.
- Answer incoming calls, manage correspondence, and respond to guest inquiries efficiently.
- Assist with room preparation, ensuring all amenities are stocked and rooms meet our quality standards.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hotel management software is a plus.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
