Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts (nights/weekends)
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training initiatives
- Resolve guest inquiries and service escalations with professionalism
- Monitor security procedures and emergency protocols
- Conduct thorough shift handovers and documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams
- Implement brand standards and service excellence goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to manage overnight/weekend shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's/ServSafe certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
