Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations during assigned shifts including check-in/out procedures and room assignments
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members while maintaining performance standards
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and resolution-focused solutions
- Oversee night audit processes and financial reconciliation tasks
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for operational efficiency
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management experience with shift supervisory background
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Opera Cloud)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid KY Food Handler's certification preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
