Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the guest journey
- Operate hotel management systems and POS software with accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and front desk
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including reservations and phone handling
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols per brand standards
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience requiredâtraining provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
