Responsibilities
- Supervise overnight front desk, housekeeping, and security teams
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational escalations within 15 minutes
- Execute daily shift briefings and performance reviews
- Manage inventory control for high-value guest amenities
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and safety drills
- Train new staff on brand standards and operational protocols
- Generate shift reports and performance analytics for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proven crisis management and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/holidays
- Washington State Food Handler's certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
