Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, reporting shortages promptly
- Respond efficiently to guest requests and special cleaning instructions
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report to engineering team
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency required
