Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Oversee front desk staff, including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for optimal efficiency
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and implement solutions promptly
- Train and mentor team members on service standards and operational procedures

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hotel or hospitality management experience required
