Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk, housekeeping, and security operations during assigned shifts
- Train and mentor staff on service standards and safety protocols
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism
- Coordinate departmental communications during peak hours and emergencies
- Monitor inventory and maintenance requests to ensure operational excellence
- Assist in hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations for team members
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel or hospitality management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
