Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring flawless service standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor inventory, cash handling, and compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Implement revenue optimization strategies during peak periods
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for evening/overnight shifts
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, PMS)
- Texas Food Handler and Alcohol Certification preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas driver's license
