Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through check-in/out processes and concierge assistance
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera experience a plus)
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving shuttle required)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
