Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless guest check-in/check-out
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training for front desk agents
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate room status and reservation systems in PMS software
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for operational excellence
- Implement hotel standards for safety, security, and brand consistency
- Analyze shift performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel front desk experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Associate degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly valued
