Responsibilities
- Supervise nightly housekeeping and front desk teams (5-8 staff members)
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and resolve service issues
- Oversee room inspection and quality control standards
- Coordinate maintenance requests and emergency protocols
- Train staff on hospitality best practices and safety procedures
- Prepare shift reports and manage inventory control
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability for evening/overnight shifts
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera/PMS)
- Boston hospitality certification preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
