Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts (evening/overnight)
- Manage and mentor front desk, housekeeping, and security teams
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism
- Coordinate check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Conduct staff briefings and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with departments to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel shift supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for property inspections)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
