Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Assist with room preparation, housekeeping duties, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with kitchen, maintenance, and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
