Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize luxury guest rooms and suites to 5-star standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens with precision
- Coordinate with maintenance team for room readiness between guest turnovers
- Execute detailed bathroom sanitization protocols
- Address special guest requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain high standards in public areas and back-of-house spaces
- Train new housekeeping staff on procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Knowledge of OSHA sanitation protocols and chemical safety
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (for supply runs)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish preferred)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
