As a part-time associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during your shift, managing guest relations, and maintaining our high standards of service. Responsibilities
- Manage Front Desk Operations: Oversee the front desk during your shift, ensuring efficient check-ins, check-outs, and accurate handling of reservations.
- Guest Experience: Provide personalized, high-touch service to all guests, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Shift Leadership: Act as the shift lead during your hours, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and security to maintain the property's standards.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel safety and security protocols, including monitoring surveillance systems and managing key card access.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, maintain accurate logs, and perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reconciliations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the overnight and day shift teams to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to cover shift work requirements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Property Management Systems (PMS) and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
