Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house operations during assigned shifts (evening/overnight)
- Manage and mentor 15+ staff members in guest-facing roles
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve complex service issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Train new staff on service standards and operational workflows
- Monitor inventory for high-impact guest amenities
- Prepare shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proven shift management in luxury/hotel environments
- Excellent conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia tourism and attractions
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
