Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of all hotel transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for late arrivals and early departures
- Generate daily reports for management including occupancy, revenue, and financial summaries
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism
- Monitor security systems and procedures throughout the property overnight
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Process payroll and manage petty cash with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional mathematical accuracy and financial reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Professional communication skills for handling guest interactions
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree or relevant certification a plus
