Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and concierge assistance
- Manage hotel inventory, room status tracking, and maintenance coordination
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping, security, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records and utilize hotel management software
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support cross-departmental initiatives during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy with POS systems
- Valid California driver's license (if driving required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
