Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain immaculate room standards and public area cleanliness
- Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts and events
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support hotel operations during overnight, morning, or evening shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification (preferred)
