Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and order of guest rooms and common areas
- Operate hotel management systems and POS terminals
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Complete shift reports and incident documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for day/evening/night shifts
